How many guests can I invite?
*Depending on which party package you choose you can invite anywhere from 15-25 children to your party. (this does not include the birthday child, adults, and anyone under 18 months)
What if I have more than the number invited to the party?
*You will be charged an extra fee per child which is due at time of party.
Example: Big Apple: $7.50 per child; Tinsel Town: $5.00 per child;
San Francisco Treat: $3.50 per child
What will the party attendants do?
*Once you arrive an attendant will take care of everything from unloading your vehicle, (we will not carry your birthday cake) set-up for the party, serving food, serving drinks, writing down gifts, cleaning party room, supervising children in play area, and loading vehicle for the ride home.
Can I bring decorations for my party?
*We have gone to great expense to create a child sized city, from the inflatables down to the artwork on walls and party room. We take pride in the decoration of our facility and we feel confident that you will too. No decorations are allowed!
Can I bring in my own food?
The only food allowed in the facility will be a cake/cupcakes and dry goods such as chips. (No salsa or dip!)
Can I bring alcohol to serve to the adults at my party?
*No! We are a children's facility and this would not be appropriate!
How early should I arrive for my party?
*You should arrive 10 minutes before party time so that we may go over the rules and collect waivers. Remember, another party is going on in our facility so, arriving early makes no difference. It is also best to have the shortest wait time possible for the children.
Does each child have to have their own waiver form?
*If you are in the same family only 1 waiver form has to be signed. There is a place on the form with multiple lines for your children's names to be written.
What do I have to bring to the party besides the Cake?
* Please bring candles, matches, knife, and socks!!
Will smaller children be considered part of the number of children invited?
*Any child that is mobile and is taking part an active part in the party such as jumping, sliding, eating, receiving goodie bags, or Puckered Powder will be added to the guest list.
How much of a deposit is required at time of scheduling?
*50% of party package is due at time of scheduling is due in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
When is the final payment due?
*Final payment must be paid 7 days before your party. If payment is not made 7 days before party your reservation WILL be CANCELED!
If I have to cancel will I get my deposit back?
*There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS due to the number of parties that are booked. However, we will reschedule you party only ONCE in which the deposit is transferable.
If I need to reschedule how much notice do I need to give?
*7 days notice is required to reschedule. If notice is not received 7 days before event you may not transfer your deposit to the new party. An additional deposit will be required for the rescheduled party.
What are the times for parties?
*Our first party on Saturday begins at 9AM, on Sunday at 1:30PM, and on weekdays at 6PM. Latest party times will be between 7PM and 7:45PM only on weekends.
How many parties will be going on in the facility?
*ONLY 1 PARTY! However, 10 minutes before your party end time another party will arrive in the foyer to receive their instructions. There will ABSOLUTELY be NO co-mingling of parties!!
Will the reservation office be opened during my party?
*NO. While parties are going on no one will be allowed inside the facility to make reservations, or tour the facility. We are there for YOU only!!
How far in advance do I need to reserve my party?
*We recommend 2-4 weeks to reserve due to getting invitations out. However, we will make every effort to accommodate last minute reservations.
May I have more than 1 birthday child at the party?
*Yes. No more than 2 birthday guests will be allowed due to time allotted for party room. An additional charge of $10 will be added to your party package. The number of guest allowed will be up to 35 children. If you are over 35 additional charges per party package of your choice will be applied.
Can I tip the party host?
*Yes. If you feel that your party attendant did an outstanding job, then tipping is encourages. Our party attendants promise to work hard for you and want to make this day special for you and your child.
When can I come in to tour the facility and reserve a party?
*Anytime between 10AM and 5PM Monday-Friday.
When is Open Jump?
*Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM unless noted on website, voicemail, or door. Please call before making a trip to ensure we are open for this time of play.
Is there a set time for different age groups to jump?
*No. We understand that there are a lot of children of different ages that are home schooled. It would not be fair to have 1 sibling play while the other sits out because of age. However, we have 5 large inflatables to ensure no "Traffic Jams".
How many pizza or nuggets do I get for my party?
*For pizza you will get 4 large pizza's which will be cut into 8 slices unless stated to cut into 10 slices. For Chicken a tray of 120 nuggets are available for the party. this is enough for each child to have at least 4 nuggets a piece.
Do I need to order my pizza or chicken?
*For pizza a voucher will be given on the day of final payment. At that time you may take the voucher to the Papa John's of your choice to place your order. You will have to pick up your pizza the day of party to ensure pizza order is correct and fresh.(absolutely no delivery for pizza due to number of regular orders they have to fill before delivering to us)
*For Chicken nuggets we will order for you and they will deliver before time to go into party room.
